When you sign up for my Website Management Services, I take care of all of the factors that are neccessary for your website including:

Managing your website's Web Hosting.

That is basically, I arrange taking care of paying the rent for you on the internet, maintaining the location you are renting on the internet, including fixing the roof for you if it leaks and arranging alternate housing for you on the internet, should it be needed. That is for example, sometimes the Web Host goes down for more than a day, although, this is very rare, earlier in my internet career, it happened to me. In this case, rather than having your website down until the Web Hosts fixes his problem, or you having to go through the problem of finding a new Web Host, putting your website back on the internet (if you remembered to make a back-up) etc, I take care of all of this for you. Back-up Web Hosting, for the "in case of emergency scenario", is always there and ready for Dora's Web World clients. I also take care of setting up the email addresses you want at yourdomainname.com such as dora@doraswebworld.com through your web hosting. In addition, I set up auto-responders if you would like for your email addresses and email forwarding.

Domain Name Management

In my function, as your Website Manager, I also prefer to manage your domain name, and include this as part of my Website Management Service. By managing your domain name as well as your web hosting, I can manage your website with the utmost of efficiency and take care of all of your internet presence needs. In managing your domain name, I make sure it does not expire and change the name servers when needed. In addition, I monitor it's status, in a way which ties in to the web hosting, that is to make sure it has not been blacklisted for any reason, and if it has, I deal with this issue for you as well. As such, I make it so the least amount of involvement is needed by Dora's Web World client's in taking care of their websites. This is because, I guess that you have other things you would like to do with your time, such as concentrating on other aspects of your business. Managing your complete internet presence is part of the service I am able to deliver. I believe that it is best when Domain Name Management is delivered hand in hand with the Web Hosting Management. If your domain name for example becomes blacklisted because of something such as being accused of having spam sent out from it much of the mail you send out from it, may not get delivered properly. I do my best to make sure, that this either does not happen, or is taken care of as quickly as possible with the least amount of interuption to you and your business that is possible.

Required Website Changes

I also include taking care of making changes that you request on your website for you as part of my Website Management Services. I include up to 12 text and picture/graphic changes (although, not picture/graphic creation) on the websites as part of my Website Management Services. Other changes, will be charged per change. All changes you request to your website will be completed as quickly as possible.

Search Engine Optimization

The adding of a Search Engine Friendly Title Tag, Keywords Meta Tag and and Description Meta Tag to the websites is also done, if you option for it, as part of my website management services. In addition, I make recommendations to you about how you can further optimize your website for the search engines.

Internet Consulting

Internet Consulting by phone and email is also included with my Website Management Services.

starts at $800.00 per year which includes:

Web Hosting Management
Domain Name Management
Up to 15 text or picture changes per year on your website.
Checking of your websites links on a regular basis.
Adjusting of your websites Search Engine Optimized Tags on a regular basis.
Up to 3 hours of internet consulting per year via telephone or email.
Annual Website Management price is determined by the website to be managed.

 Dora's Web World also offers a Light Website Management Package.

The Light Website Management Package starts at $675.00 per year which includes:

Web Hosting Management.
Domain Name Management.
Adjusting of your websites Search Engine Optimized Tags on a regular basis.
Annual Light Website Management price is determined by the website to be managed.

If there are no proper Meta Tags on the Website, for the Light Website Management Package you should add them on. Prices start at $300.00 for this.
