The mission of Dora's Web World is to assist small and medium sized businesses and service providers to create and maintain an online presence in a cost efficient and professional manner.

Regarding: Web Hosting

When you agree to allow me to manage your website for you, or manage your website's hosting, it is with the agreement that no spam will be sent from your website or domain name's address. If I am notified by another party that your website and or domain name's address has been spamming them, I may need to cease my service agreement with you. In this case, I will issue you a refund for each full month plus one month that is left in your agreement with me as in the amounts stated on the refund policy page for the different packages.

Please also note, no web host that I have heard of, has 100 percent uptime, and as such when you go into an agreement with me to manage your hosting with you, you agree to not hold me responsible for any upset to your business with regards to any downtime of your website because of the hosting. On that note, please realize, that I will do my best to make sure your website is up and running in an acceptable way with regards to hosting, that is with an approximately 99 percent uptime. In addition, please note, I do have back-up hosting prepared at all times, in case it is needed. If you see your website down for more than 10 minutes, and you notice it before me, if you give me a call, I will make it my standard to have it back up and running again within 2 hours. If this is for some reason impossible it will be back up and running as soon as possible and it will be my priority.

In addition, please note that no one is allowed to copy, reuse or resell any part of the DorasWebWorld.com website including the images.

Regarding: Guarantee of Client Satisfaction

I will do my best to make and keep all of my clients very happy with the service they receive from me.

My number one priority is to deliver the best service possible by me to my clients.

Regarding:Refund Policy for Dora's Web World

If any clients of Dora's Web World are not happy, for any reason, with working with me, they are free to ask for a no hassle refund on any undelivered services.

Refunds are calculated on yearly service fees by subtracting a $200 non-refundable service charge from the original amount and then taking the original amount charged minus $200 dividing the amount by 12 then multiplying by the number of full months left in our service agreement to determine the refundable amount.
